Winery and Farm Event Washroom Rentals in the Cowichan Valley

Modern trailer in a forested area

You’ve chosen one of the most beautiful event settings in British Columbia. A vineyard on the Cowichan Wine Route, a working farm near Duncan, a rural estate surrounded by the kind of scenery that makes guests forget they’re on an island. You’ve thought about the food, the flowers, the experience.

And then someone asks about the bathrooms.

It’s the detail that can quietly make or break an outdoor event, and it’s the one most people leave too late. Here’s how to get it right.

The Part Nobody Wants to Get Wrong

A row of standard porta-potties at a vineyard wedding sends a message. So does a spotless, climate-controlled luxury washroom trailer tucked discreetly near the vineyard entrance. The difference is smaller than you’d think in cost. The difference in guest experience is not small at all.

Most wineries, farms, and rural event properties on the Cowichan Wine Route aren’t equipped with permanent bathroom facilities that can handle 100 or 200 guests. Even venues with indoor washrooms find that a well-placed trailer dramatically reduces congestion and keeps guests where you want them: outside, in the space you worked so hard to create.

What Our Trailers Bring to a Wine Route Event

Our luxury 3-stall washroom trailers are climate-controlled — air conditioning for warm summer evenings, heating for harvest season events when the valley cools down after dark. Inside: full lighting, running water, flush toilets, vanity mirrors, and premium consumables. They’re delivered to your venue and set up before guests arrive.

For winery events, discretion matters. We position the trailer to be accessible without being the first thing guests see when they walk in. We’ve set up enough vineyard events to know where it works and where it doesn’t, and we’ll sort that out with you when you book.

We’re Local, and That Changes Everything

Some portable washroom companies serving the Cowichan Valley are based in Victoria or Nanaimo. They cross the Malahat to get to you, and some of them charge for the privilege. That travel fee adds up, and it also means slower response times if anything needs attention on the day of your event.

We’re based in Duncan. This is our home territory. We know the roads, we know the vineyards, and we don’t charge extra for being your neighbours. The price we quote is the price on your invoice, no surprises.

One of our favourite calls came from a local venue whose bathroom failed the evening before a major event. We had a luxury trailer on site within three hours and the event went off without a hitch. That’s only possible because we’re five minutes away, not dispatching from across the Malahat.

When to Book

For summer events June through September, book at least 3-6 months in advance. Harvest season in September and October also fills up fast, so be sure to plan ahead!
